My Uncle a Balochi Poet Gul Khan Nasir had met Rasul Hamzatov in Karachi in mid sixties, and later Rasul Hamzatov had invited Gul Khan Nasir to visit the then Soviet Union, for which Gul Khan Nasir was refused permission by the then Pakistan Government. I wish one day I could visit Rasul Hamzatovs grave in Makhachkala to pay my greatest respects on behalf of my uncle who had passed away in 1983 and is burried in Noshkay Balochistan Pakstan
